Identistyle currently accepts orders within the US only.

Standard shipping rate for 1 item within the US is $3.75. For each additional item standard shipping rate goes up by $2.00, until order total reaches $75.

Free Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more.

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, NOT once the order has been placed. Orders are generally received by the customers within 10 days. Identistyle does not guarantee a certain delivery time. There may be late delivery due to the shipping company's workflow. Please contact Identistyle in case you do not receive your order within 10 days.

Identistyle does not take responsibility if the shipment is stopped for any reason by the shipping company.

Identistyle currently does not sell or ship items to any other country than the USA.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 45 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for another product (has to be the same artwork/design, and color), or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on (if applicable) and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are wrong fit, defective or damaged, Exchanges can be done only with same style,design/artwork and color item. Customer can request a different size only  if the requested size is available. Available sizes are Small, Medium, Large, XL and 2XL on our website. If you are going to request a larger size please contact us. We can produce an on demand larger size with a small price difference.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a returned item, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
